My philosophy towards work management focuses on building strong relationships, fostering open communication, commitment to continuous improvement, dedication to excellence, and upholding values of hard work, accountability, and integrity.
I love spending quality time with my beautiful wife supporting our 6 children in all their activities and goals. My family is a great blessing in my life. I enjoy serving at church and volunteering in the East Valley community. Sports, along with fitness and wellness, have always been a significant part of my life whether participating, attending, or gathering with family and friends to watch. Outdoor adventures like camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending time on a lake or at the beach are awesome! Over the years, I’ve become a fan of working on house projects and using power tools. Cultures, traditions, foods, and customs are fascinating; so of course, I’m always looking forward to the next destination for vacation.

Treatment Philosophy
- Movement is medicine and central to recovery and prevention of injury.
- The body is a dynamic system and treatment should be tailored to each individual addressing components of rehabilitation such as strength, mobility, and functional movement.
- Holistic treatment that focuses not only on the injury but also provides a service from an individual that can connect and relate to patients on a more personal level that shows a higher level of care.
- Empowerment through education gives patients the toolbox necessary to address their current injury outside of therapy and know how to prevent future injury.

The best part of my job is seeing the transformation in my patients as they regain their strength, mobility, and confidence. There’s nothing more fulfilling than being part of that journey and seeing them get back into the things they love.
I’m married to my wonderful wife, and we have an amazing daughter who keeps us on our toes. When I’m not helping my patients improve, you can find me hiking, biking, or paddleboarding in the great outdoors. I also love to unwind by sketching and spending quality time with my family. I’m actively involved in my local church, which has been an important part of my life.

Always keep goals in mind so treatment is tailored to the patient's individualized needs and their return to normal function. Aquatic therapy is a great tool for patients to allow increased movement while less stress is applied to the joints. Manual therapy and modalities help to provide relief, while therapeutic exercises help to prolong the relief.
Kylie was born and raised in Arizona. In her spare time she likes to stay active, swim, and read.
