We are moving!
We have outgrown our current location and will be adding additional services. Our new location will have an indoor heated therapy pool and we will be striving to provide additional services such as occupational therapy. We are relocating to 36397 N. Gantzel Rd., San Tan Valley, AZ 85140. Our new location will be conveniently located across the street from Banner Ironwood hospital and in the same area as the Cigna Medical and Simon Med.
Groundbreaking was August 12, 2013. We are hoping a move in date of late 2013 to early 2014.
